If you are planning on moving home then you will need to have a HIP
for your property. From the 10th of December 2007 all domestic properties,
no matter what size, will need to produce one before being sold on
the general market place.
Kent & Sussex HIPs can provide your Home Information Pack quickly,
efficiently and on time. Because we only cover Kent and Sussex counties
we like to think our service is more personal than using a nationwide
provider, therefore giving you piece of mind when ordering your HIP
from us.
Our HIP's have set prices, irrelevant of property size or location.
£269 for all Freehold Properties and £299 for all Leasehold Properties.
All of our Home Information Packs come in a digital format on CD.
Hard copies are available on request. Generally our HIPs are completed
within 5 - 10 days, sometimes as little as 3 days. If you want to
